THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BUILDER WORLDWIDE LLC. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCEPTING AN INVITATION, CLICKING TO ACCEPT, SIGNING A DOCUMENT THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
SECTION 23 REQUIRES MEDIATION BEFORE A LAWSUIT AND CONTAINS A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND A JURY TRIAL WAIVER THAT AFFECT HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED. SECTIONS 20 AND 21 LIMIT OUR WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY.
These Terms are between Builder Worldwide LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Builder Worldwide," "we," "us," or "our"), and you. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, "you" means both you individually and that organization, and you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use by builders, remodelers, trade partners, and the people who work with them, not for personal, family, or household use.
Our Privacy Policy, available on the Website, explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms. Some features may be subject to additional terms that we present when you use them; those terms become part of these Terms for that feature. If a signed order form or written agreement between your company and Builder Worldwide conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.
Builder Worldwide is construction scheduling and project management software. Depending on your Plan and role, it includes scheduling, calendars, task tracking, templates, a task library, trade partner management, delays and early completions, completion approvals with photos, percent complete, notifications, and reports; and on Business Elite, daily logs, documents, purchase orders and invoicing, submittals, warranty management, contracts, electronic signatures, and sales tools (contacts, leads, opportunities, transactions, marketing tracking, sales reports, and document templates).
We continually improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features. We will not make a change that materially reduces the core functionality of a paid Plan during a paid subscription period without notice. Features labeled beta, preview, or similar are provided as-is for evaluation and may change or be discontinued.
Each Account represents one building company. Customer Data in one Account is never visible to another Account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account and to keep it up to date.
Access within an Account is based on role:
The Customer is responsible for: choosing who receives access and in which role; all activity under its Account and by its Users; removing access for people who should no longer have it; and ensuring its Users comply with these Terms. The Customer represents that it has the right to add each person it invites and each Trade Partner record it creates, and has provided any notices and obtained any consents required by law for us to process their information to provide the Service.
Every User must have their own login. Shared logins are not permitted. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your login. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your login or Account. We may require password changes or suspend a login to protect the Service.
A Trade Partner does not need a login to work with a Customer. Trade Partners receive task reminders, weekly look-aheads, delay alerts, and other notifications by email at no charge, whether or not they have a login.
Admins and Construction Managers may invite a Trade Partner to create a login. With a login, a Trade Partner can see its assigned tasks, submit task completions (with at least one photo), and submit delay and early completion reports. Completions and reports remain pending until the Customer's Construction Manager or Admin accepts or declines them; they never change a schedule on their own. Trade Partners cannot see other trade partners' tasks, other project details, pricing, billing, or reports.
Trade partner logins are currently free. Trade Partners are never counted as billable users on a Customer's Plan. We may introduce a separate subscription fee for trade partner logins, billed directly to the Trade Partner and not to any Customer, by giving at least 30 days' notice. If we do, the fee will be $0.99 per month or $9.99 per year per login, after a free trial of 60 days from the Trade Partner's first sign-in, unless we announce different pricing in that notice. The fee would apply once per login, even if the Trade Partner works with several Customers. Payment would be made only through our website. An expired trial would prevent new sign-ins but would not end a session that is already open, and would never stop the free email notifications described in Section 5.1.
A Trade Partner may have several logins on one Trade Partner Team at no extra charge. The first invited person to sign in becomes the team's admin, and team admins may invite, remove, and promote team members. Everyone on a Trade Partner Team can see all of that team's work, across every Customer it works with. The team is responsible for who it adds.
A Trade Partner Team may add its own jobs that are not part of any Customer's Account, up to 5 jobs in any rolling 90-day period. Deleting a self-added job does not free up a slot in that period.
Builder Worldwide is not a party to any agreement between a Customer and a Trade Partner, and does not supervise, employ, pay, or vouch for any Trade Partner or Customer. Customers and Trade Partners are solely responsible for their own contracts, work, payments, insurance, licensing, and performance.
| Plan | Monthly price per billable user | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Business Standard | $5.99 | Scheduling, calendar, tasks, templates, task library, trade partners, delays, percent complete, notifications, and reports. Roles: Master Admin, Admin, Construction Manager, Trade Partner. |
| Business Elite | $9.99 | Everything in Business Standard, plus daily logs, documents, purchase orders and invoicing, submittals, warranty management, contracts, electronic signatures, and sales tools. Adds the Accountant, Sales Director, and Salesperson roles. |
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. The price is the same per user regardless of how many users the Account has. Billable users are active Master Admins, Admins, Construction Managers, Accountants, Sales Directors, and Salespeople. Trade Partners are never billable users. Paying annually instead of monthly reduces the Account's total by 10%.
Each new Account receives one 30-day free trial on the Plan chosen at sign-up, beginning when the Account is created. All Users have full access during the trial at no charge. A trial may be used only once per Account and per company; we may decline or end a trial we reasonably believe is a repeat trial. If no payment method is added by the end of the trial, the Account becomes read-only until a subscription is started.
SUBSCRIPTIONS RENEW AUTOMATICALLY at the end of each monthly or annual billing period, for the same period, until canceled. By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period for the then-current number of billable users at the Account's price, plus applicable taxes, without further authorization, until you cancel. A Master Admin may cancel at any time in Settings > Billing on the web; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the Account keeps access until then. A Master Admin may also switch between monthly and annual billing, effective at the next renewal.
Charges follow the number of billable users. Users added during a billing period are charged a prorated amount for the rest of that period, on the next invoice. Users who are removed or deactivated stop being billed starting with the next billing period, with no credit for the current period.
A Master Admin may change between Business Standard and Business Elite in Settings > Billing on the web. During the trial, or without a paid subscription, the change takes effect immediately. With a paid subscription, the new price takes effect at the next renewal without proration, and the new Plan takes effect at that renewal. Choosing the current Plan again cancels a scheduled change. An Account cannot move to Business Standard while it has an active Accountant, Sales Director, or Salesperson, or while a payment is past due.
All billing is handled through our website using Stripe, an independent third-party payment processor, subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. The iOS and Android Apps are free downloads and do not offer in-app purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
We may offer a specific Account a promotional, discounted, complimentary, or otherwise negotiated price, with a start date and an optional end date. When a custom price ends, the Account's standard price applies. Custom pricing for one Account does not change pricing for any other Account.
We may change our prices by giving the Master Admin at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period after the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
As between you and Builder Worldwide, the Customer owns its Customer Data. A Trade Partner Team owns the notes and self-added jobs it creates for its own team. We do not claim ownership of Customer Data.
You grant Builder Worldwide a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, to comply with law, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when the Customer Data is deleted from the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Customer Data and for how you obtained it. You represent that you have all rights and consents needed to submit it, including to upload photos and documents and to include information about homeowners, trade partners, signers, and other people, and that it does not infringe or violate anyone's rights or any law.
We may collect and use information about how the Service is used, such as feature usage, performance, and error data, and may create de-identified and aggregated data from Customer Data, to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Such data will not identify you, your company, or any individual. We do not use Customer Data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, and we do not sell Customer Data.
Our personnel access Customer Data only to provide support you request, investigate a reported problem or security issue, maintain the Service, or comply with law. To provide support, our personnel may view the Service as a specific User sees it and make changes when needed. This requires two-factor sign-in, and each such session and every change made in it is recorded in an audit log as made by our personnel on that User's behalf.
Builder Worldwide is a scheduling and project management tool. It does not provide construction, engineering, architectural, safety, permitting, inspection, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it does not replace professional judgment.
Schedules, dates, critical path, percent complete, forecasts, and reports are calculated automatically from the information you enter, including durations, dependencies, work weeks, holidays, delays, and early completions. You are responsible for entering accurate information and for reviewing results before relying on them. A project's baseline dates are fixed once set, and schedule changes are recorded in the project's change history.
All construction, scheduling, staffing, safety, quality, and trade partner decisions, and all communications with homeowners, trade partners, suppliers, lenders, inspectors, and others, are made solely by the Customer and its Users. Builder Worldwide is not a party to any construction, purchase, or service contract between a Customer and any homeowner, trade partner, supplier, or other person, and is not responsible for construction work, workmanship, or site safety.
Emails and push notifications (including reminders, look-aheads, delay alerts, and approval notices) depend on third-party email and push services, device settings, spam filters, and network availability, and may be delayed, filtered, or not delivered. Notifications are a convenience, not a substitute for direct communication with your team and trade partners about time-sensitive matters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Builder Worldwide is not liable for project delays, missed closings or deadlines, cost overruns, liquidated damages, trade partner performance, or other project outcomes, including those arising from reliance on schedules, reports, or notifications generated by the Service.
Daily logs, documents, purchase orders, invoices, submittals, warranty claims, contracts, and the Billed vs. Incurred report are record-keeping tools. They are not an accounting system of record and do not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice. In the Billed vs. Incurred report, "Billed" means the total of a project's non-canceled purchase orders, and "Incurred" means the total of its invoices marked paid, as defined in the Service; these are not accounting terms under generally accepted accounting principles. The Service does not process payments between Customers and Trade Partners or anyone else.
Sales tools, including contacts, leads, opportunities, transactions, commission figures, marketing spend, and document templates, are also record-keeping tools. Commission figures are for tracking only; the Service does not calculate, approve, or pay anyone's compensation. A Salesperson can see a home's progress, daily log entries, and photos only to share updates with buyers, and never its scheduling controls.
On Business Elite Accounts, Users may send PDF documents of any kind, with or without linking them to a project, to one or more Signers for electronic signature. Every Signer is emailed a link at the same time and may sign in any order; Signers do not need a login. The sender may require an access code for a Signer, which the sender shares with that Signer separately. While a document is out for signature, the sender may resend links, correct the details of a Signer who has not signed, and adjust that Signer's fields; these actions are recorded in the document's audit trail. When all Signers finish, the Service creates a final PDF with every signature and entry applied, adds a certificate of completion that records each Signer's name, email address, and viewing and signing times (with IP address and browser information), keeps it with the Customer's documents, and emails the signed copy to each Signer and the sender.
By signing through the Service, a Signer agrees to do business electronically and that their electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature, to the extent permitted by the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act as adopted in Colorado and other states, and other applicable law. A Signer may decline to sign using the decline option, or ask the sender for a paper copy.
The sender and its Customer are responsible for: having the right to send the document; the document's content; choosing the correct Signers and email addresses; and determining whether an electronic signature is legally sufficient for that document in the relevant jurisdiction. Some documents (for example, certain real estate, lien, notarized, or consumer notices) may require a handwritten signature, notarization, or specific disclosures that the Service does not provide.
The Service verifies a Signer by their access to the emailed signing link and, when the sender sets one, an access code. It does not verify identity through any other means. Anyone with access to a Signer's email or signing link (and access code, if one is used) may be able to sign. Send documents only to email addresses you trust, share access codes separately, and treat signing links as confidential.
Builder Worldwide provides the signing technology only. We are not a party to any document signed through the Service, do not review its content, and make no warranty that any signed document is valid, enforceable, or admissible for any particular purpose.
You agree to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, push notification, and notices in the Apps or on the Website, and that these satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing. Service communications (such as security, account, trial, and billing notices) are part of the Service and cannot be turned off while you have a login. You can turn off other kinds of email in Settings and adjust notification times; turning off an email does not turn off the matching phone notification or in-app alert.
Emails to Trade Partners are sent from a Builder Worldwide address on behalf of the project's Construction Manager (for example, "Jane Smith via Builder Worldwide"), with replies going to the Construction Manager, who may choose to receive a copy. Emails a Salesperson or Sales Director sends to contacts through the Service are sent the same way, in their name. The Customer is responsible for the content of these messages, for having the right to contact the recipients, and for complying with laws that apply to commercial email.
We may give you notice by email to the address on your login (for Account matters, to the Master Admin), in the Apps, or on the Website. Notices to us must be sent to [email protected].
Keep your email address current. Notice by email is effective when sent.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to construction scheduling and project management. You will not, and will not allow anyone else to:
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content or suspend access as described in Section 14.
The mobile Apps keep a copy of recent data on your device so you can view schedules, tasks, and contacts without a connection. Changes made offline are sent when service returns; if someone else changed the same item in the meantime, the most recent change is kept and the conflict is flagged. Offline data is cleared when you sign out. You are responsible for securing your devices.
The Service lets you export certain information, such as schedules and reports in PDF or spreadsheet format. Once you export information, you are responsible for it. Builder Worldwide is not a backup or records archive service; keep your own copies of anything you must retain.
Unless the Customer chooses longer periods in Settings or marks a project to be kept, completion and daily log photos are deleted 21 days after a project is marked complete, and the rest of that project's data is deleted 13 months after it is marked complete. Signed documents are kept in the Customer's Account, and sales contracts stay with the sale. Export anything you need to keep for longer, such as for warranty, legal, or tax purposes, before then.
You may delete your own login in the Apps. Deleting a login disables sign-in and clears that person's profile details. Records created in a company's Account belong to that company and remain in its Account. A Master Admin who is the only active Master Admin of an Account must first make someone else a Master Admin or close the Account. More information about retention is in our Privacy Policy.
A Master Admin may cancel the subscription at any time (Section 6.3). Any User may delete their own login (Section 13.4).
We may suspend or restrict access, make an Account read-only, or terminate an Account or login: for non-payment; if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within 10 days after notice (or immediately if the breach cannot be cured, or involves security, fraud, or illegal activity); if required by law; or to prevent harm to the Service, other users, or third parties. We may also deactivate an Account without deleting its data, in which case it cannot be used until reactivated. Where practical, we will notify you before suspending access.
When an Account is terminated, its right to use the Service ends. Upon request made within 30 days after termination, we will make Customer Data available for export where reasonably possible, after which we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive, including Sections 6.9, 7.4, 8, 10.5, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, task library, and the selection and arrangement of its content, is owned by Builder Worldwide or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Builder Worldwide and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Other product and company names mentioned in the Service, such as Apple, Google, and Stripe, are the trademarks of their respective owners.
If you send us Feedback, including through our Support and Feedback forms, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it for any purpose without restriction or payment to you. Feedback is not confidential. Feedback does not include your Customer Data.
The Service relies on third-party services, including hosting, email, push notification, payment, and security providers, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we do not control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or failures of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.
This section applies to the Apps you download from the Apple App Store or Google Play (each, an "App Store").
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. We provide support by email at [email protected]. Use of the Service requires an internet connection and a compatible device; you are responsible for your own devices, internet access, and data charges. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be compatible with every device or operating system version.
Each Account's Customer Data, including its projects, schedules, pricing, trade partner relationships, notes, and documents, is confidential. We will use it only to provide the Service as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, will protect it with reasonable safeguards, and will not disclose it except to our service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, as required by law, or with the Customer's permission. We do not use one Account's confidential information for the benefit of another Account or an unrelated third party. If we are legally required to disclose Customer Data, we will, where legally permitted, try to notify the Customer first.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about the Service that we share with you, such as unreleased features, and not to disclose or use it except to use the Service.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, SCHEDULES, CALCULATIONS, REPORTS, NOTIFICATIONS, AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE FEATURES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BUILDER WORLDWIDE AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; THAT NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME OR AT ALL; THAT CALCULATIONS OR REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE; OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM BUILDER WORLDWIDE, INCLUDING FROM OUR WEBSITE, DEMONSTRATIONS, SALES DISCUSSIONS, OR SUPPORT, CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) IN NO EVENT WILL BUILDER WORLDWIDE OR ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR SAVINGS; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; PROJECT DELAYS, MISSED CLOSINGS, OR LIQUIDATED DAMAGES; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO BUILDER WORLDWIDE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You acknowledge that the disclaimers and limitations in Sections 20 and 21 reflect a reasonable allocation of risk between you and Builder Worldwide, and that our prices reflect this allocation. We would not be able to provide the Service on these terms without these limitations.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Builder Worldwide and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your Customer Data, including claims that it infringes or violates anyone's rights or that you lacked the right to submit it; (b) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law; (c) documents you send for signature; (d) any construction project, work, or contract of yours, including claims by homeowners, trade partners, suppliers, Signers, or other third parties; or (e) your Users' or Trade Partners' use of the Service under your Account. We will give you prompt notice of any claim, allow you to control its defense (except that you may not settle a claim that imposes obligations on us without our consent), and provide reasonable cooperation at your expense.
Before filing a claim, you and Builder Worldwide agree to try to resolve any dispute informally. The party raising the dispute must send the other a written notice describing it, the relief requested, and any relevant documents (to us at [email protected]). The parties will negotiate in good faith for at least 30 days after the notice is received before starting mediation or a lawsuit.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after the notice is received, either party may request mediation, and the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute through non-binding mediation with a mediator they both agree on, in El Paso County, Colorado, or by video conference if both agree. Each party pays its own costs and attorneys' fees, and the parties share the mediator's fees equally. What is said in mediation is confidential and may not be used as evidence. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days after mediation is requested, or if the other party does not take part, either party may file a lawsuit as provided in Section 23.3. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in court at any time, and either party may bring a claim that qualifies in small claims court instead.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. You and Builder Worldwide agree that the state and federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any such dispute, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
YOU AND BUILDER WORLDWIDE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND BUILDER WORLDWIDE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be filed within one year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred. Time spent in informal resolution and mediation under Sections 23.1 and 23.2 does not count toward this limit.
If you only visit the Website, these Terms apply to that use. You may view the Website for your own information. You may link to our home page in a way that is fair and not misleading and does not suggest any endorsement by or affiliation with us, but you may not frame the Website or use our logos without our written permission. We may withdraw this permission at any time.
We respect intellectual property rights and may remove content that appears to infringe them and terminate repeat infringers. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected], including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the infringing material and where it is located; (d) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. The person who posted the material may submit a counter-notice as permitted by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
